Arte Vida is a social entreprise of the NGO Casa Vida Timor-Leste (CVTL) created in 2014 by a group of Brasilian people. Arte Vida was created to be a training centre to teach young women skills in making and producing Timorese cultural goods of high quality, at the same time generating income to support the work of the NGO itself.
They produce a wide range of fabric products incorporating the tais in soft toys representing animals, objects and dolls. They also produce a variety of handbags, jewelry
and decoration items.
