Build Your Community Group
Harii grupu is a training designed to support people and communities in setting up and managing livelihoods groups. In the past seven years or so, it has been delivered many times by Empreza Diak training unit across Timor-Leste and perfected in the process. In short, this training support:
The setting up and organization of community groups in the area of business and livelihoods managemen
The improvement and strengthening of the relation between group members
The communities economic development
The establishment and clarification of each member role and responsibility
The resolution of challenges and obstacles in the group
The equal opportunity for men and women in the area of business management
